"I guess it's my time to tell my part of the story huh? " Asked Caelum as he ran his fingers through his hair causing it to look even more sexy. Ughhh him and his.... Perfect everything!

Why is he like this, he acts so perfect and he really is not, I mean look at him pretending to be hot and all with his perfectly built body and sexily toned skin and blue mesmerizing eyes and those lips- woah, ok a little off topic but he still isn't that perfect- he's perfect but not- you know what. I'm just gonna shut my brain down now.

"No s**t Sherlock" I replied as he scooted next to me and I sighed. What's the point fighting it now.  I mean he said I'm his mate, and I have amnesia plus I also feel the pull. I have no proof to him being wrong at all, I literally know nothing.

"Elara- well you started acting weird a few years back, you said you had a surprise for me but I had to let you go for a few weeks, now you should know how mates are, I couldn't do that. I needed you. So I forbid you from leaving. But of course you were stubborn and the next day I woke up with a letter, now what I don't understand was why you wrote 'I hope you get this letter' when you literally taped it to my head" He laughed

Yup definitely sounds like something I'd do

"And after that" I asked intrigued

"It was so sudden, after so many years of not seeing you everything just stopped the moment you walked in. Just like that. into my arms again, do you know how that made me feel?, everything was just, black and white until I saw you, I know it sounds stu-"

"No I totally understand a-and I didn't  know I caused so much trouble, I'm so sorry Caelum" I said truthfully

I felt him stiffen next to me as I turnt to look at him curiously

"You said my name" He breathed out

"Pfft you make it sound like that big of a deal"

"It is that big of a deal" He said as he tried to copy my American accent. But God you could still hear how British he was and it was driving me nuts. Everything about him drove me nuts.

"But something's not clear" I said as my eyebrows ceased together.

"Ava didn't you say that we were best friends for a while now, exactly how long? " I asked

"You don't remember? " She asked as she snuggled into Axtons arms. They would make such great parents and I can tell that just by the way he looks at her. The same way I look at cupcakes.

"Since High School we came here to-"

"Attend collage I know that but what abouty parents are they OK?" I said as I smiled slightly at least I remember something but I still wanted to know about them

"Madison, you don't have any parents you lived with a couple that you call mom and dad, they're crazy-no offense- but I think that's where you got your craziness from" She replied.

Ok that's a lot to take in but wait a second

"Hey I'm not that crazy"

"You taped a note to my head"

"You hide gummy bears in your pillow"

"You asked me if werewolves actually pee on their mates to mark them"

"Ok I get it I've done some really weird things but trust me I can be normal because I am" I argued

"Darling you wouldn't last a day being normal" Said Caelum drifting down next to me, we've been doing this through the whole conversation he shifts down I shift away but now I'm at the corner of the couch and I have nowhere to go I can actually feel him smiling internally. Ugh knuckle head

"So the question is, what was the surprise? " I asked

"We'll figure that out later, but for now I would like to have my mate back thank you very much" Replied Caelum as his velvety voice coated the air, he stood up from next to me and stretched out causing a few bones to crack as he bent his neck from side to side

"You ok there buddy? " I asked as I saw the look of tiredness on his face

"Buddy" He said as he chuckled darkly, Caelum then went on to hoist me from the chair causing me to yelp a bit. "I am anything but your buddy darling"

"I'm sorry but she's mine for the day and you need to get ready your majesty" Said Ava yanking me out of his arms... I kinda wanna stay... wait get ready for what?

"You can go do man work with Axton or something" Ordered Ava

"Is that a way to speak to a king? " Asked Caelum and he stood his ground

Ava reached over the table and grabbed a magazine folding it up

"Is that how you talk to a woman? " She yelled whacking him with the magazine at every word she said as quick as lightening he and Axton disappeared out through the door leaving me with a half crazy looking shewolf.

"Sometimes I question your sanity" I replied

"Oh hush it you, you look like Shrek on steroids let's go take care of your body and face and hair and clothes" She said skimming me

"What's wrong with me now" I groaned as she dragged me out of the room

"Everything" She replied "just take me to your room you can't go like this"

"Go where"I huffed as she replied with a "You'll see" I took  her to my room well, me and Caelum's room. I may look sad now but internally I was happy to see her. I've been around all these men for so long that I put shaving cream on my face once about to shave my beard.

But then I remembered I didn't have any

Ava really did baby me saying how much she missed me and how excited she was to start collage while she hugged and kissed my cheeks, but Caelum said it wasn't necessary for me to go there since I didn't need to prepare myself for work. He was gonna baby me also.

But I'm not like most girls, I don't want him to spoil me, that much.

I wanna have a normal life before he pees on me.

"There" Said Ava as I sighed thanking the heavens that she finally let me go leaving me with my hair curled, some mascara and Raven matte lipstick.

"Put it on"

"No"

"Mady that was an order"

"And that was me rebelling"

"it's too, showy and my tummy will be outside people will think I'm pregnant" I yelled as I shoved the black man magnet away from me

"Madison your tummy is so flat you almost look like am Aneroxic Barbie doll" She yelled back

"Now how the hell is that suppose to be a compliment" I retorted

Finally she groaned and strutted towards the door "put on the damn dress or I'll get Caelum to do it. I'm sure he wouldn't mind at all"

I didn't waste any second thoughts before I rushed into the damn black fabric



He's taking me out. He must be.

As suspected I was right since he was neatly dressed in a tuxedo which didn't help me to calm down my heartbeat. He was really fine

Caelum belonged to me and me only, he was mine to cherish and love for eternity. God I was so lucky and- even though I didn't want to admit it- in love. Yes I think it was tine that I accepted fate

"Elara" He said as his eyes scanned my whole body coming up back to stare at my eyes. He always does that face when he looks at me, I feel all giddy inside when he does it

I could feel that tonight was going to be an amazing one

But what I couldn't tell

Was that I was gonna regain a heartbreaking and terrible memory.

It was bound to happen, somehow our stories didn't add up.
