CHAPTER SEVENTY
LISA POV
I made the decision to remain in my room till I got over my embarrassment. Remaining indoors would be preferable to stepping outside and being humiliated. Since then, Ava had not been able to see how I was doing. Nobody else did either. All of my meals were served to me in my room. Darren sent me a text message quite early in the morning. He wanted to see me, he texted.
I had no desire to go. Still, I was pouting. However, after giving it some thought, I made the decision to go find out why he was interested in seeing me. It was preferable to pouting and sobbing indoors all day.
