Chapter Fifty One ALLEGRA Point Of View I didn't see Lucius in the room when I woke up. It did not surprise me. I was accustomed to drifting off as I waited for Lucius, and to wake up to an empty chamber. Even though it was becoming monotonous, I decided to put it out of my mind. I heard a knock on the door after getting ready for the day. A maid was waiting behind the door as I went to open it. She told me, "Your nurse is here to check on you." I flinched.
