ALLEGRA Point Of View
A knock at my door startled me, so I got to my feet and walked over to answer it. Who was by the door, I knew. The one and only person I anticipated seeing. I sighed with relief as I opened the door. In the end, I was correct.
The maid had a parcel in her hand and was standing at the entrance. I smiled as I accepted the package from her fingers. I said, "Thank you so much," to her. I shut the door and went back to my bed as she bowed and exited the room.
I opened the envelope while sitting on the bed to find a little SIM inside. I was staring at the sim when a grin came to my lips. I took up the SIM card and inserted it into the little phone I had bought just for this use.
