ALLEGRA Point Of View
The spy laughed and continued, "You needed to see how mad he was when I showed the letter to him." A grin stretched to the edge of my mouth.
I became shaky thinking about how uneasy I would be. I was ecstatic to hear the news. Other than when I eventually got my retribution, I had no idea what else would make me happy.
"This is only the beginning," I informed her. She continued to chuckle. I told her to "just keep an eye on him for me." She accepted, and I eventually hung up after we spoke for a bit. I had stomach butterflies after hearing the news. I had no idea where to begin with my preparations for retaliation.
