ALLEGRA Point Of View
I gently and hastily withdrew, and opened my eyes just before his lips touched mine.
I stumbled and said, "I... I... I'm sorry." "We can't do this."
Nodding, Lucius did so. I stood up quickly after fidgeting with my fingers for a while. After all that had transpired, it would seem strange for me to remain there with Lucius. Already I was becoming tense.
"I'll be outdoors," I informed Lucius.
"It's okay," he answered.
It seemed like he didn't want me to go, but that was okay with me.
