CHAPTER Sixteen
ALLEGRA Point Of View
The parking lot was soon abandoned for the dining area. Harrison, Ava, myself, the beta, and alpha Lucius. The guards continued to work packing Ava's belongings for her room.
The dining room had been filled with a feast for the four of us.
Not too long after, we could hear our spoons clattering on the plate. Ava started talking while we were eating.
"I'm finally glad to be here again with you all," she said. "It hadn't been easy sharing the same world with mere mortals."
Ava had interacted with others. She seems to have had a bad encounter with them based on the way she talked. Still, I remained as she spoke.
