NOTHING IN THE INTERNET Glande's POV I barely slept. Every time I closed my eyes, another question surfaced, chasing away whatever sleep had managed to find me. By the time my alarm rang, I was already awake, staring at the ceiling of my bedroom. The articles I had spent hours reading the previous night kept replaying in my mind. Trauma. Dissociative amnesia. Medication. Brain injury. Psychiatric treatment. None of them gave me the answer I was looking for. None of them explained Alex. I sat up slowly and rubbed my tired eyes. There had to be something I was missing. Someone didn't simply forget six years of their life. Not the way Alex had. Not completely. Not the people he loved. Not the places that had once been his entire world. A knock sounded on my bedroom door.
