"I believe she is going to be fine, sir. But some of her wounds are deep and need care, so they will not be infected. I am afraid the scars will remain... on her back, I mean." - the old doctor explained to Liam while holding his bag in his hands. Liam was sitting behind his desk, sipping alcohol, with a dark expression on his face. As much as he hated to admit it, he was worried about Ana Maria's condition.
