"Mom?... Mom?" - Adele cried pitiful "It hurts so much! It hurt so much... please I need to go to the hospital, or else... or else I will lose my baby"
Catherine took a deep long breath, wiping her tears.
"You are going to be just fine, Adele" - she said in a cold tone. As always, she was a master of controlling her emotions, after all she was trained to do so since she was a young woman, who was forced into a loveless miserable marriage, which she had to maintain, for the sake of appearance.
"Mom... I beg you" - Adele sobbed "Please, please... it's your grandbaby, I don't want to lose it"
"And you are my baby, Adele. I know what's best for you" - she got up from the chair, and got close to the bed Adele was in "You can't go to the hospital, people will know"
