As they sat in the library, scribbling away, they couldn't help but think about their predicament. "We need to get back home," Ethan whispered to the others.
"I know, right?" Sophia replied. "I've got a paper due tomorrow. I'm going to fail if I don't get back."
The group nodded in agreement, and they hatched a plan. "Let's sneak back into the museum and touch the artifact again. Maybe it'll send us back home."
They snuck out of the library and made their way back to the museum, trying to avoid detection. When they reached the exhibit hall, they spotted the artifact, still glowing softly.
"Okay, here goes nothing," Julian said, reaching out to touch it.
As soon as they made contact, the familiar sensation washed over them, and they felt themselves being pulled through time and space.
But when they opened their eyes, they found themselves in a completely unexpected place.
"Where are we now?" Cameron exclaimed, looking around at the disco-ball-lit dance floor.
Liam's eyes widened. "I think we're in the 1970s!"
The group stared at each other, dressed in ancient Greek attire, surrounded by people in polyester suits and platform shoes.
Ethan face-palmed. "Seriously? We're stuck in the 1970s now?"
Sophia giggled. "Well, at least we can dance our way out of this one."
The group burst out laughing, and they started dancing to the Bee Gees, their ancient clothes standing out in stark contrast to the flashy outfits around them.
As they danced, they couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of their situation. "Well, this is definitely a first," Julian chuckled.
The group laughed and danced, enjoying the music and the moment, while trying to figure out their next move. Little did they know, their time-traveling adventures were far from over.
