His Punishment

The proposal

Lucifer had finally moved back to New York. He went over to Lily's place.

Lily opened the door and embraced Lucifer tightly. She terribly missed him while he was away.

All this time when they were doing long distance Lily would always tell him how much she missed him. But something was different this time. Even though she said that she missed him but her touch felt different. She didn't seem as happy as she always looked. Lucifer sensed something wasn't right.

The past month they both couldn't talk to each other at all due to Lucifer's busy schedule.

Lucifer was the CEO of his new company and had a huge amount of pressure on his shoulders and at times he wouldn't be able to give Lily time but Lily was always very understanding of this. She would never complain nor disturb him.

So after a whole month of being apart and not talking, Lucifer decided to directly surprise her by visiting her. Lucifer was sure that Lily would be totally amazed to him after such a long time but she didn't seem excited to see him, she seemed rather shocked and astonished as if she had suddenly seen a ghost in front of her. Lucifer entered and after a blank pause she jumped and hugged him tightly. He hugged her back and after a long embrace he kissed her passionately but soon he felt wet drops of water, he moved back to see tears flowing down Lily's face as he kissed her. He instantly asked her what was wrong, and she said

"Nothing these are happy tears as m so happy to finally see you".

Lucifer entered, freshened up and it was afternoon and he had planned a very special surprise for his love. So he told Lily to dress up as they were going out.

Lucifer - "Come on Love we're going to eat at a very special place today and I have a surprise planned for you, so get ready quickly we'll be leaving in 15 mins. Also wear something you love, I wanna click pretty photos of us.

After about 20 mins Lily came out of her room, she was looking breathtaking in a beautiful purple bodycon cocktail dress with a beautiful deep heart neckline that was making her cleavage pop and it was strappy and backless. She was wearing silver heels that made her look tall and sexy. Her hair was open and had soft curls and she was wearing very lil make up. She had put slight mascara, a tint of pink lipstick which made her lips look more juicy and blushed rosy cheeks. She looked like an angel straight out of heaven.

Lucifer saw her walk out of the room and stood still in one place, he was so mesmerized by her beauty, she looked so sexy in that dress, he wanted to RIP it open and relish her right then and there.

He had never seen someone so beautiful, sexy, cute, pretty everything all together in one single person.

He rushed to her, pulled her into his strong arms and started kissing her, he wanted to taste and devour her mouth, she opened it for him and he entered her mouth and devoured her sweet insides, she tasted like strawberries and mint.

He pinned her to a wall and kept kissing her, she tasted so divine he couldn't stop eating her. He was almost sucking the life out of her when she pushed him back for oxygen. He let her breathe for a second and then he couldn't wait and started kissing her again. This time Lily was clutching his shirt and insisting him to move as she couldn't breathe properly, when he realised he's choking her he moved away. Lily started coughing due to that extremely rough passionate kiss.

Her lips were swollen like red cherry tomatoes. He apologized for being so rough with her and explained her that he had missed her lips so much that he couldn't resist himself from kissing her.

She retouched her make up and hair which had gotten all messed up due to the rough make out session.

Lucifer was wearing a white shirt with black Armani pants and he looked brilliantly handsome.

As they entered the car he blindfolded her and told her that it is a surprise and he doesn't want her to see where they were going.

After about 30 mins they reached their destination and Lily felt Lucifer pick her up bridal style and he walked her and finally put her down gently.

She felt her heels almost getting emerged into the floor and she realised they are on sand. She heard waves crashing and figured they were on a beach.

Lucifer then finally opened her blindfold and she was shocked to see where she was. She was at her favourite location, The Barrett Beach, Fire island.

It was her most favourite place in the world, and there were beautiful candles that were laid everywhere, the sand was beautifully decorated with rose petals and right in front of her was a beautiful cabana with a light canopy and a path lit with candles to the cabana.

The path to the cabana was laid with red roses and there was a beautiful dinner table near the shore. He took her hands and walked her there.

Upon reaching she saw a massive feast was laid there with all her favorite foods and drinks. Lucifer pulled out a chair for her and they had a wonderful meal together. She was overjoyed seeing he had done something so beautiful and special for her.

After dinner Lucifer took her to a second place a lil farther away and he asked her to dance. They danced to their favorite song and Lucifer again noticed a sadness on her face, she was teary eyed, he asked her again and she said she doesn't deserve the love he's giving her and he embraced her and kissed her on her forehead.

After they romantically danced, Lucifer again blindfolded her and carried her in his arms bridal style and took her to another place and gently placed her down, this time her feet felt concrete.

Lucifer told her she can remove her blindfold and so she did. When she opened her eyes she saw Lucifer bending down in front of her with the biggest diamond ring she'd ever seen and "MARRY ME" written on the beach below with lights. It was the kinda proposal she had only seen in movies and imagined in her dreams.

She couldn't believe she was getting her dream proposal, Lucifer looked at her very lovingly and asked

"Lily, you are the love of my life, my heart, my soul, without you I wouldn't be what I am today, you have transformed my life by being in it, with you everything is better, without you nothing makes sense. I wanna be the husband of your dreams , the father of your children, the man you deserve. I promise to love you and cherish you for the rest of my life. I promise to be there for you even at worst times and for the best ones. So Lily would you do me the honour and spend the rest of your life with me and Marry me?"

Lily was dumbfounded, it's like words had stopped coming out of her mouth, she had frozen for a minute untill Lucifer shook her and asked again "Lily? love? Is that a Yes? Will you Marry me?"

and finally after almost a minute she silently uttered "Yes".

Lucifer jumped with joy as soon as he heard those three letters.

He put the huge diamond ring on her fingers, kissed her and twirled her in his arms. This was the Happiest day of his life. His soulmate, his heart, his Lily had said Yes to marrying him. This was the biggest day of his life. He was extremely happy.

But for Lily her whole world had changed.....
