Tara’s POV
“Are you ready?” Devon asks me a few days later.
“Honestly, I have no idea!” I say, nervously. I want to go back to Crescent lake to get Arthur and Colin, as well as Max, Gabby, and little Charlie. I want to spend time with William and Emma, and be a part of their lives. I want to stay with Devon forever! And in a way, I will be.
But I’m worried about merging with Crescent Lake Tara. We’ve been apart for a while now. She is pregnant, while I am not. It’s not a natural situation to be in, no matter how you look at it. And that worries me. But the longer I wait, the less likelihood of success, I imagine. So I need to stop stalling!
I just have to remind myself that everything that happens, is probably for a reason. Yeah. And if I lose this baby, I know Devon
