Tara’s POV
Kathleen just lies there sleeping most of the time. When she is awake, only half of her body works, and she isn’t able to talk clearly. Destiny says Kathleen is beyond our help, as she has suffered irreparable brain damage. My birthday is tomorrow, but the next full moon is 19 nights away. Apparently Kathleen has suffered multiple strokes in the last few days, not just the one. So she isn’t likely to improve on her own, and it’s highly unlikely that she will still be alive more than two weeks from now. It’s sad. But she at least perks up a little whenever I bring in Arthur and Colin to see her.
