Paige happily made her way through the corridor until she reached the sunroom, but as she approached, she suddenly heard voices.
Pausing as she reached the entrance, Paige faltered when she saw Kade and four others lounging on her favorite sofa against the far wall.
A scantily dressed blond was currently sprawled across his lap, and three other male wolves loitering there with him.
“…not sure what that’s about, the Luna’s human.” One of the men was saying.
Upon hearing herself mentioned, Paige automatically pulled back, standing against the wall right outside the entrance as she listened quietly.
“A bloody disgrace, accepting a human as our Luna…” Another one was saying.
“Shh… do you want to be thrown in the dungeons to rot just like that ignorant b***h Agnes?” The first one hissed
