An hour of hair and makeup later, Paige put on the beautiful gown and shoes and stood before the mirror. Catching her breath, Paige stared at herself in astonishment. Never once had she thought of herself as beautiful, but the woman staring back at her rivaled a goddess. Normally, Paige didn’t wear makeup, but Gabby had insisted, shoving a makeup purse into Paige's bag the day prior, so Paige had applied some.
