OLIVIA'S POV I readjusted the bodice of my dress for possibly the hundredth time since we set out. I was so nervous I practically could not stay still. My feet tapped nervously against the car floor as I wiped my sweaty palms over and over again on my dress. If this went on for much longer, I was certain I was going to pass out. "Stop that," Christian suddenly said. I couldn't read his tone, as usual, but I figured that he was annoyed by the sound of my nervous tapping. Not in the mood to receive an earful from him, I forced my legs to stay put. Christian was seated comfortably, his back resting against the car seat.
