CHAPTER 3
I stopped counting how many shots I had after 5, now consumed by the music and dancing.
I started feeling tired, but I wasn't ready to end the night. So, instead I walked over to the bar. Leaving Damien dancing on the dance floor.
I couldn't help but laugh at the sight of my best friend dancing and having a good time. I knew I was blessed for having Damien.
I brought my attention back to the bartender, ordering another 3 shots.
"Where's your friends?" A deep voice caught my attention, as I looked to my side. Seeing a young man in a very sharp looking suit.
I only rolled my eyes. "Funny, I was going to ask the same thing." I slurred sarcastically, taking shot number one.
He only smirked, as he looked at my intensively. Which would make me squirm under such a strong gaze if I was sober. But right now, I'm not. So, I'm going to enjoy
being drunk before tomorrow morning comes.
"You should take it easy there on the alcohol." The young man suggested, but I only felt irritated by his words.
So, out of spite. I finished all my shots in front of me. Giving him my best death glare. As I ordered another 3 shots without breaking eye contact. But he only seemed
amused by it, which irritated me more.
'Wasn't he suppose to feel intimidated?' I thought angrily.
I then down 2 shots, but before I could finish my last one, Damien came from behind. Finishing the last one for me. Kissing my cheek as he put the empty glass down, then
taking my hand in his before throwing some cash on the table.
"Come on, let's go dance babe." He winked.
Just then, all my anger ceased as I smiled at Damien. Following him to the dance floor as he led me by the hand.
But when I looked back, the young man didn't seem to let his gaze drop. But this time he wasn't watching me, he was watching Damien.
'Maybe he's into Damien?' I thought, thinking about how Damien might get some tonight. But that thought left as we started to dance.
After what felt like hours of dancing, I only just realised Damien was gone. I then started walking around, trying to find him. Only to catch sight of him with some guy.
I smiled at the scene, but I guess Damien felt someone staring at him. Because he looked around and caught my gaze, I only laughed and smiled. Throwing a thumbs up, my
way of wishing him a goodnight.
He only winked back, as he then followed the guy out of the club.
'Well, I guess it's just me and you.' I thought to myself as I looked over at the bar.
I stumbled over on a bar stool, finally sitting down as I looked at the other drinks on the menu.
'Maybe I'll try something a little more, different?' I thought as I looked over the menu, trying to find something that caught my attention.
"Hey baby, why is such a beauty sitting all alone." Some man shouted over the music, putting his arm over me. Which made me feel like puking at the feeling.
"Why don't you do me favour, and f**k off?" I shouted back irritated, elbowing his arm off of me.
He then gripped my arm tightly, which caused me to let out a pained whimper.
"Why don't you be a good slut, and come with me for a little walk." He shouted back, his breath put me off and his words brought nausea to my stomach.
'Oh, shit.' I thought, as he pulled me off my seat. Causing me to stumble, and it didn't help that I was wasted either.
But as he dragged me to the back exit, I made eye contact with the guy from earlier. He was sitting in the VI.P. area with some other people. Once we made eye contact, I
winked at his concerned look and did a sailor wave with my free hand. All the while I was being dragged by this pig.
I was now shoved on the floor in the alley way, I groaned at the harsh impact from the graveled floor.
"Asshole." I spat out, but the sick man only laughed darkly.
"Don't worry, you're going to enjoy this slut." He replied with a sick look in his eyes. I only felt like throwing up. Wanting nothing but to be in my room snuggled up in my
duvet.
I closed my eyes, waiting for the inevitable. But, nothing. Nothing happened. I opened my eyes from the loud noises coming from in front of me. Only to see the guy from
earlier punching into the creep that dragged me out here.
"Nicolas?" A man came outside. "So, this is where you ran off to." The guy chuckled. My guess, that guy was his friend.
Wait.
"Nicolas?" I replied shocked, but then I fell to the ground from too much alcohol and being dragged around like a doll.
**************
I woke up with a harsh headache, only then realising I wasn't home. Nor was I at Damien's house. Unless he got a promotion and got a renovation on his bedroom.
I looked over at the nightstand, looking at the alarm clock.
'It's 5:30am.' I thought to myself, as I started to remember what happened only hours ago.
"Finally, you're awake." A deep voice that brought butterflies to my stomach. I looked across the room, to find the man from before standing at the door.
Standing in loose grey sweatpants, and white singlet.
"Here, this should help." He spoke up, passing me a glass of water and a couple of pills.
"Should?" I c****d my brow at him, which caused him to smirk.
"Well, I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't. Especially after how many shots you took." I only rolled my eyes, taking the pills and swallowing them, then downing my water.
I shouldn't of, since I don't know him. And those pills could be anything, but right now. I just didn't care.
"Where am I?" I asked, glaring at the man. But he only ignored my question.
"You should be careful who you go with. That guy back there obviously had bad intentions for you." He replied, sitting in front of me. Taking the glass out of my hands,
placing it beside me on the nightstand.
"Yeah? And what about you?" I replied with a mischievous look.
I only just realised how close we were, as I could feel his breath on me.
"Well, seeing you still have your clothes intact, I guess you already have your answer." He smirked, as his green eyes sparkled with something I couldn't put my finger on.
I don't know what took over me, maybe it was the fact I still had alcohol in my system, but I just leaned in. Connecting our lips together, which he instantly responded to.
My hands tangled in his hair as his hands started to take my shirt off. But for someone reason, I didn't care about anything right now. Just enjoying the
moment I had right now, before I had to worry about everything in a few hours.
