Introduction
Before you turn the page, know this:
This werewolves are a community of powerful varied shapeshifting packs blessed by the moon goddess Ceryn, whose gift granted them abilities far beyond those of common wolves. Unusual strength, unusual height, crystals that allows them to wield abilities no ordinary wolf possesses and crystal technologies which set them apart.
Centuries ago, when the Azure wolves pack realize their women could no longer bear lupine offspring, they began the search for a compatible being leaving them vulnerable to a rival breeds....the purplish wolves known as the Draxen, who sought to wipe them from existence.
Prologue
“Alpha Orion. A compatible female has been found,” a voice said for the third time bringing Orion out of his daydreame.
Orion lifted his gaze from the notes on his desk from the healers, which had been yet another failed remedy for his late wife Tien and Luna's sickness and stared at one of his deltas.
“Tell Medic Varyn to meet me there.”
“Yes, Alpha.” He responded taking his leave, living Orion yet again in silence.
Orion signed leaning back in his chair rubbing a hand over his face tiredly, while staring blankly at the papers again before reluctantly standing few seconds later making his way to the pack's medical research chamber.
Varyn as he assumed was already there, a translucent crystal data slate in one hand with other medic operatives as he inspected a figure on the space lite by a hovering hologram display (a central projection system used by the Azure wolves, to track activities, gathers location, information, from across their world and nearby territories.)
At the sound of his steps, Varyn turned quickly. “Alpha.” he said, bowing before stepping aside to give him a clear view.
His gaze followed stopping on a rare beauty. Human. Naked. Small and pale unlike their azure skin.
Her hair babbled unlike theirs where strangely in loose blonde waves over her Otherworldly beautiful heart shaped face and shoulders, while a single curl brushed the corner of her flushed and swollen lips.
His eyes, curiously continued their slow study resting on the swell of her breasts, then to the pink of her n*****s and to the human's narrow waist nipped and flaring out to a beautiful rounded hips, more beautiful than anything he'd ever seen.
His c**k twitch painfully against his pants, for the first time in moons and Orion swallowed hard suddenly fighting the urge to go to her human settlement right then and there, to bury his acheing c**k in her.
He'd never experienced such desires before. Not when Tien was alive nor after her passing.
He forced himself to remain still though, locking his knees to keep from going to her.
She was only an aid for his people and she belong to his son Theron.
Orion turned to Varyn. “Ronan said a compatible being has been found."
He turned back to look at the hologram though doubtly.
“Humans?"
Varyn cleared his throat stepping closer. “With respect, Alpha, I believe an excellent choice has been made.”
“Humans are compatible being. Particularly females of her line. They tend to posses remarkable reproductive endurance. Their bodies adapting quickly to new genetic strains. Less rejection, more survival rate for hybrid offspring.”
“And though they may lack physical strength, they have a potency we underestimate. Pain tolerance. High compatibility in prolonged bonding cycles.
Varyn set aside the data slate in his hand facing Orion seriously.
“You see...I believe we may be entering...what I think is called a burnout season,” he said. “I mean....It would explain why it is only the azure wolves affected....why our kind alone can no longer produce heirs. The Luna, for example....her inability to conceive another heir may be as a result of the cycle. Our bodies turning against reproduction, which...makes conception nearly impossible."
He pursed his lips, deciding whether to speak before finally opening his mouth. “I do not yet understand why and I'm not completely sure how true that theory is ,” he admitted quietly. “And not even the Moon Goddess has given answer to it which troubles everyone.
But our entire reproductive existence is about to collapse and if this continues, an entire generation will be lost, and with it, our existence which the Draxen must never learn. I will continue to investigate this,” he added. “There has to be a cause… and a way to stop this. But in the process."
He paused again slightly.
"Since humans. This human may contains dormant stabilizing strands that do not experience the same fluctuations as our genetics. We could use her to merge our bloodlines creating offspring immune to the burnout cycle."
Varyn cleared his throat lightly. “And You have no reason to be worried about the human’s status....Her background it seems is particularly valuable. She’s the daughter of a southern human lord and her father understands what this union means and is cooperative, willing to trade her for alliance, which benefits us....The union ensures the Luna’s last wish is fulfilled. And if the moon goddess Ceryn grants us favour, she might even give us the heir our pack has been waiting for.”
Orion remained silent for a long moment, his eyes fixed on the hologram before speaking.
“She is… small Varyn.”
His gaze travelled slowly down her figure again.
“Much smaller than our females.”
His voice lowered thoughtfully.
“Our size alone could severely injure her. A human body may not recover from such strain.”
Varyn allowed himself a small smile.
“With respect, Alpha… such concern was anticipated.
We will prepare medical stabilisers and treatments. Human physiology may appear fragile, but it adapts remarkably well under controlled conditions. We will ensure she survives the process.”
He cleared his throat lightly when that didn't seem to convince Orion and reached for a tray of vials and needles beside him. The blue liquid immediately caught Orion's eye.
It was a serum which accelerated healing. They used it when their warriors returned wounded from battles with the Draxen.
“This will help ease transition,” he explained, filling one of the syringes. “Their body isn’t like ours. She'll need this to keep the pain away when the bonding begins.... Infact...It has been tested?” Varyn inclined his head. “....In a manner of speaking.”
He set the syringe aside before continuing.
“One of our warriors recently purchased a human female he took a liken to, while travelling through the southern city. She was being badly mistreated by her master a Draxen trader." The Draxen where known to f**k anything that had a liken to a p***y. "The male took a liking to her and brought her back.”
Varyn paused briefly.
“When he chose to breed her, he discovered the difference in our size would cause her severe pain. So he administered the serum beforehand. Well...it seems the serum allowed her body to endure the strain. It soothed the damage and accelerated healing.”
Varyn cleared his throat lightly. “And… it appears it does more than that..... heightening the body’s response. Makes them more sensitive and more receptive. The female begins to seek the male more intensely than normal.....We do not yet know if she or other human females possess the dominant breeding strain we seek for everyone but the trial proved the serum works. And...you need not be concerned, Alpha. I am aware of your stance bringing in a strange being. The male in question has grown very fond of the human who he purchased and she of him. She believes he saved her and was willing to accept him. And It appears our people have also grown fond of her. The connection, so far, has been unlike anything I have seen. ”
Orion turned to look at the human from the hologram considering Varyn's words before giving a slow acceptance nod. “We'll fulfill the Luna's wishes...and that of the packs. Send words to the human lord. Since we'll be using his daughter for breeding, we might as well make the alliance official. Let him know his wish is granted.”
Varyn bowed his head respectfully. “As you wish, Alpha.”
