It was chaos up at the hotel; countless people flitted about as the onsite medical staff tried to tend to numerous injuries while emergency sirens approached in the distance. Kisten was lost in the sea of movement, so I instead focused on finding Shannon and Brandon, knowing that my boss would be by his daughter’s side. The panic was still obvious for most of the guests present, many focused on their family and friends.
