My wolf came alive at the mention of the kiss and I suddenly lost my courage to speak.
"What the f**k is going on in there?" Ian called from the other side of the door.
Issa gritted his teeth but ignored him. So Ian began to bang his hands hard against the door.
"Tell him you're fine," he instructed while looking into my eyes with those green ones he possessed.
I hesitated for a few seconds as I stared back at him. Yara nudged me to do as he wanted. As much as I wanted to take the escape route and run to Ian, I could not run from this confrontation forever.
