“You are Michael, right?”
Michael looked up at who had spoken to him, finding the South Korean boy.
“Hey,” Michael greeted, reaching out to shake hands. “Yeah, that’s me. What’s your name?”
The boy looked down at his hand, then up at Michael. With a smirk, he shook it.
“You can call me Shin, but I’m more known as the Speed Ninja!” Letting go, Shin threw his arms around and struck a pose. It was some kind of battle stance that made no sense at all.
Michael raised an eyebrow, getting the sense that that should have meant something to him.
“The fastest ninja?” Shin asked. “From the… What is the American title? Mighty Ninjas? The TV Show?”
“Oh!” Michael laughed in what he hoped was a friendly way. “Sorry, Shin, I haven’t kept up with TV. You’re in a TV series? That’s pretty cool.”
