Michael had been thinking about it for a while. Seeing Eleanor brightened pretty much any sight she was a part of. Every memory she was in was a lot better. Also, every time they talked, Michael truly felt the difference between feeling attracted to someone and seriously liking them.So far, though, he had always lacked the courage. Eleanor seemed too perfect and unreachable, despite being so approachable. It was one of those dualities of life Michael couldn’t figure out, and thus oppose.
“You just want me to bomb like you did with Miracle,” Michael threw after Walter.
Walter gasped and flipped Michael off, which caused Felix to laugh. “d**k. That’s it for my advice, then, hope you stay alone forever. Bubbye!”
Michael chuckled and turned to Lily. “What do you think, Lily?”
She flinched
