Michael would catch Walter two breaks later, near the end of the day. Not that he hadn’t seen him before then, he just didn’t want to approach him with his girlfriend present, and he also wanted Miracle along.
He had to catch him in the middle of the hallway, on the way to a break, so he quickly caught him up to what had happened on his meeting with James.
“Seriously? You almost got in trouble for running out to save your brothers?” Walter asked, shocked.
“I know, right?”
Walter was leaning against the wall while Michael talked, and Miracle was standing by their side. Michael couldn’t help himself from looking around for any of Griffin’s friends. He wouldn’t leave if one of ‘em showed up, but he was still hoping he could talk to Walter in peace.
