RAPHAEL POV The sounds of growls and bodies crashing filled the air with Tatiana against me, my heart almost ripping itself out of my chest. We were completely outnumbered, yet that flicker in the fire of my soul would not let fear take hold. "Keep to me!" I shouted, as though any sound would reach her. The pack took formation around us, theirs to us for fighting. The fire was in their eyes, and there was no taking away our ground. That was when the lead wolf, Viktor, shot forward at Tatiana's side, hatred in his eyes. I immediately sprang in the direction to bar his way while shooting my foot toward him with a command, "Get away from her!" I raged, running an adrenaline race in my veins. The waters ran back, snarling. "You seriously think you can protect her? You're weak, Raphael!"
