TATIANA POV
“Tatiana, get in here,” Raphael murmured, in a voice that was husky and inviting. He was by the window, his whole thing being bathed in dim silver light from the moon spilling into the room.
I could feel my heart thumping as I beheld him. “What’s going on here?” I asked with a smile, as I moved closer to him. “You know, I’m supposed to be checking on the boys.”
He turned to face me, his deep blue eyes holding a warmth that melted away the tension of the day. "They're fine. Just sleeping peacefully. Right now, I need you."
The air between us crackled with unspoken words, and I could feel the pull of attraction drawing me closer. I took a breath and savored the moment. "You always know how to make me forget my worries."
