David's POV
Well this is damn awkward. I waited all day to make sure that everyone was sleeping and now here I am with Kana across from me looking as awkward as I am. I should’ve just left like I originally planned and met up with that woman. Lately it has been very hard for me and my wolf to resist not being by Amber since we know she is our mate. Even though I do know that that does not make me want to be with her yet. I know the mate bond boundaries and I understand that, but for some reason my wolf and I don’t trust her. I want to do as much as I can to make my mate happy, but still again trust. I am having a hard time trusting her and for some reason things just don’t feel right at all.
