Jax's POV
I’ve been here for a few weeks, maybe two just lounging and learning how to hunt and fish off the island. Ever since I learned so much about this man and his fairy tail stories I feel a pull like I do not want to leave. It's a bit funny to me but I still listen to him and his stories nonstop. This guy can talk for days. Those stories seem so familiar to me and I feel like he is somewhat like family. Kind of odd, I guess.
“Hey Kai, do you ever plan on leaving this place?” I ask him
“If I could I would, remember it’s complicated.” he says to me
“What would you need to do to be able to leave?” I ask him
“I would need to make things right.” he says to me
“And how do you make things right?” I ask him
“I will need to change my plans and make a deal with a goddess.” he says
