Ashlynn's POV The rest of the week flew by. I spent all day in the bakery and my evenings with Barrette. It was perfect and what I always wanted. We were getting closer and closer. I still haven't asked about Everrette and the party, but I don't think I am going to. The bruises had stopped getting worse and had started to fade, and I was hoping our memories of that night would fade with it as well.
