Barrette's POV
I woke up the next morning and reached for Ashlynn, but she wasn't in here and I really hoped that she didn't leave my apartment. I had wanted to spend the morning with her or the whole day if I could get her to stay that long. I heard a bang in the kitchen and grinned, knowing she was down there. I quickly got out of bed and made my way down there and that's when the smell hit me. She was making breakfast.
"Where did you find all of that?" I asked as I grabbed her from behind and wrapped my arms around her.
"Door dash."
"They deliver groceries?"
"Yes, now sit down because it will be ready soon."
