  My hands trembled at my sides as I paced slowly through the passage to my room. Step after step, images of Theo's menacing gaze as he revealed his true nature to me flashed through my mind. Tears twinkled in the corners of my eyes. My whole body felt weak; I was tired of everything—of this world and my anger towards it, of my endless pain and tears, of finding love and losing it over and over again.
