She saw the royal stamp on the letter and she opened it,it read "LETTER TO MISS JANETTE "
The body of the letter read" Dear miss janette, you have been opportuned to permanently reside in the castle of King Carlos Peters and this is not a choice,your personal carriage will wait for you in the subsequent day,yours sincerely, your one and only King"
Janette was in no mood for pranks so she squeezed the letter and tossed it into the wastebin and got ready for her first day to work....
"Evans,I want the royal carriage sent to janette home tomorrow"Carlos said with his lips curled....
When janette reached the market she was walking so sluggishly and saw ariel already waiting for her by her stand with one hand on her waist and one leg tapping on the ground.
"What took you so long janette, you know you were meant to come earlier. Its already noon I'm sure we won't see any customer"Ariel shouted from afar.
"it's a long story which I am indeed sure you wouldn't be interested in"janette said and took a seat at a chair by her stand
Ariel looked at her petrified.
"I would not come late again I promise" janette said putting a hand on her chest.
The next morning
Ariel was about to go check on the janette when she saw a royal carriage right in front of janette's house,she was appalled and rushed to knock before she knocked she already saw janette coming out from her house with a sleepy eyes
"What are they doing...."the castle guard suddenly pushed ariel
"We will like you to come with us ma'am if you are not willing we will take you by force"One of the guard said with a strict tone.
"Me..."janette looked everywhere to make sure they were talking to her
Janette was also wondering why both the town's men and women were in front of her home while she was still in her thought.She felt a strong arm grasp her and started pushing her towards the carriage.
"Ariel,Ariel!!!....help I do not know where they take me" janette screamed but her voice became faint because she was already pushed to the carriage and the door had been close.
Ariel immediately rushed to go to the village magistrate house...
Janette was scared but she still held her composure because she knew "this people would not answer her "
when she looked forward to concentrate she saw a huge gate opened right in front of her and behold she was in the palace.
Janette had never been to the palace but she has seen it from afar each time her mother sends her on an errand.
when she felt the carriage stopped she felt a bright light shone blurring her vision because she had been In the enclosed dark carriage, when she got down
"Follow me, Miss Janette"One of the guards said
Janette followed behind the guard and saw the castle guard whispered something into a man with glasses ear then she saw the person looked at her and made a slight bow to her.
Carlos was in his courtroom with his duke ,he knew he irked them.
"My Lord concerning the urgent matter we discussed last time we did not get to finish the matter before you had things to attend to "Duke humphrey said
"Hmm...is that so I am still startled on how none of the werewolves has bitten any of my loyal duke"he said with his lips curled
"I would indeed like to watch that..." he continued
"Right duke humphrey"he said looking at duke humphrey eyeball to eye ball
The duke was so confused but he loved his life he couldn't agree to the king neither could he keep mute
"I do not know what to say my lord"duke humphrey said.Carlos clicked his fang and said "of course you wouldn't "he continued
Then he saw Evan on the doorway to the courtroom and he knew, she has arrived
"I have had Evans go to the town but there had been no news of wolves but I will continue with my search,this meeting is over" he stood up and went out of his courtroom and his duke followed suit.
