Adam who has been been watching the drama was very happy ,ever since they were little his father has always prefered his elder brother,peter, to him.it was notthat Adam hated his brother at first,the fact was they were very close when they were younger but because of King Ronard love for his elder brother ,Peter.Adam envied him from envy it turned into jealousy and from jealousy, hate. His father was so busy teaching peter the etiquettes of being a royalty and forgot that he has another son,who craved for his love but got nothing in return.If only his father had given him just a pinch of affection he wouldn't have turned out this way.

When king ronard, his father was on his death bed he called for adam and said"i want you to go and find peter wherever he is, he is the sole owner of this throne,as you can see im already dying"Adam who was smiling thinking his father wanted to hand the throne over to him felt like a bomb that could explode any minute.

Vampires do not get sick easily but could die by a poison called artren produced by witches which would kill a vampire slowly.But king ronard thought that its because he has exceeded his vampire age limit ,he didn't know his son,adam,connived with the witches to kill him.

"Father I have been with you for more than a decade my so called brother,peter, abandoned us and you want to give him the throne!? He said angrily

Peter was so angry even thought he tried to control his anger it was all in vain.When Peter saw his father wasn't planning on replying to him he said calmly" father what have I not done for you,but instead you chose my brother who left us for a petty human over me your loyal son"

Father knew all the atrocious things adam has done,he knew adam was not fit to be the king ,he knew his son peter was in a better position to be the king.After a lot of thought king ronard said"i know what is good for my peop..." He coughed

"Not as a father but as a king i order you to find peter your brother and bring him back.Now go!" King ronard commanded while swaying his hands indicating the word go.

Adam who sat down beside his father bed stood up and gnashing his teeth said "Your wish is my command king ronard" he bowed his head and walked out of the room calmly.

Adam went straight to his room opened his drawer took a cigarettes,he lit it and puffed it and let the smoke fill the room .He thought of what to do then he sent of Xander,who does all his dirty work.

Xander stood in front of the crown prince room and knocked.

"Come in, Xander"Adam said.Xander went in wondering what dirty work he would do for the prince now.

" I believe my brother had two friends, Barret and Gabriel right?"he questioned. Xander knew where the prince head was going to so he said " yes my lord, would you like me to summon them"Xander said

Adam smiled and said " you always know what i want,xander and yes i would indeed like for you to summon them.There are some questions i would like to ask them"
