"Who are you Xavier?"
No one had ever asked that question to me before. Everyone knew who I was and even when they didn't, they did not have the guts to ask me.
However Asteria was standing before me, the words spewing out of her lips with so much conviction. Expecting to see fear in her eyes, I was only met with curiosity.
Curiosity and boldness.
No one was quite like her.
My wolf growled loudly, I don't know if it was from anger or attraction. I didn't know if I wanted to know either.
"You wouldn't believe me even if I told you" I replied matter of factly. I had no intention in telling her anything but I was still nervous that she would only laugh in my face once I told her. I don't know if Charlie was ready to be exposed yet.
