I didn't think I would be considering going over to Asteria's place for dinner or accepting her invitation yet again.
But I had come to realize too quickly that I could not say no to her. Charlie was also really persuasive. It had been awfully silent on his end lately and I didn't know why.
It wasn't because of the man we slaughtered because that wasn't our first rodeo but I could not pinpoint what was going on with him, it was one of the major reasons I accepted Asteria's invitation. Maybe he would be better when she was around, he always was.
Seeing the man that we slaughtered on the television gave me some sort of adrenaline. I liked that it was me who did that to him, that it was Charlie who did that to him. He deserved it after laying hands on Asteria. Which brou
