She had been surprised to see that Cole had left while she'd been in with the Dr. That hurt her feelings, but she was also grateful. She couldn't look him in the face, at least right now. She needed to come up with a plan.
She began walking out of the office when Emma walked in. Before she could say anything, Emma had her wrapped up in her arms. For a second she was scared she somehow found out about the pregnancy.
"You are so amazing," Emma whispered into her hair. She was holding her so tightly that it hurt, but it was also nice. "You saved my life."
"What are you talking about?" She asked, genuinely confused.
"You didn't know it was my wolf." Her look was one of astonishment. "You saved my life, and you didn't even know it was me."
