Comet and Jeremiah were having breakfast when the doorbell rang and she knew that it was Daddy. But before she could skip to open the door Jeremiah took hold of his bat and went to the door in a stealthy manner and looked at the ppep-hole and then opened the door from side. Comet rolled her eyes but her step-father knew that what was happening so he did not react.
“There are some things that come only by training, you know that baby girl?” he asked as he nodded at Jeremiah who closed the door.
