"What do you mean our mom told her, Rach?! Why you huh?! I was her favorite! Everyone knows that! So why you and that stranger huh?!", Benjamin's growled echoed loudly through out the room in a thunderous tone. I could feel Ryan tightening in a protective hold on me as I shook in shock by his words. "Benji..", Scout warned. "What! Are you dumb now?! Why can't you say why you're so special huh?! Because you're obviously the reason she was too weak to deliver the third set?! You're the reason we lost her!", he yelled. His words cut like silver against my skin as I curled into Ryan's safe hold more. "I'm talking to you?! Answer me, you mistake?!", he screamed. "You shut your mouth before I end you", Ryan's wolf murderous growl boomed from above me silencing the commotion. I cried into him as he protected me, my shield when I was at my weakest point. 'It's ok, my mate. Don't cry,' I heard Ryan link me. 'I want everyone gone except for daddy please', I responded still sobbing. "Everyone out except for the Alpha please", Ryan said calmly. "You heard him everyone out except for me", Benjamin snapped. "No, actually alpha not acting", Ryan sneered. "I have as much right to be here as you!", Benjamin shouted. "Leave now!", My father growled. The room was only filled with shuffling, the opening and then the closing over the door. "Ok my darling. You can come out", my dad cooed playfully trying to lighten the mood. I slowly unwrapped myself from Ryan and faced my dad. "Oh honey. You know he doesn't mean it", dad said wrapping me in his arms. "I-I k-know", I sniffled. He unwrapped his arms from me, sitting down beside me on the bed. "So tell me everything you know", he said after I calmed down. "Well", I sighed out.

*Flashback*

'You can't be real! My mother is gone! She's been gone for most of my life!', I fought the hope that Maya held within us. 'Darling...'. 'This can't be real this can't be real!', I cried into a ball with Chloe next to me. 'I didn't want to leave you, my baby', the wolf sighed out, 'I didn't want to leave any of you. But the moon goddess had greater plans that included our daughters and in order to give you full power for your mission; to end the war of wolves'. 'There's no war of wolves. We've had a peaceful life with no blood shed amongst the packs', I retorted. 'Because it's yet to come my children's, a sudden voice said. I whipped my head off the pair wolves to a lady who glowed in the light of the moon. 'The moon goddess', Maya spoke above a whisper. Instantly I dropped into to a bow, 'My lady, moon goddess', I said respectfully. Her next reaction confused me, she giggled. 'She's definitely from your family, Laura. She's acts just like your husband', she said joyfully. 'Of course, motherness. She has to have some of him in her even if its not her looks', the she wolf sighed back. 'Arise my child and greet your blood mother for she is your only one. Sophie and Laura will help you cometh to my home as soon as you're ready', The moon goddess said before leaving. I arose still in a state of disbelief. 'My child, we don't have much time together. Let's make the most of it', my mother said walking towards me. I trotted towards her and nuzzled her closely, smelling a bittersweet scent of my childhood. 'Momma', I sighed into a weep as she nuzzled me back. Over three days time, we play, talked, and laughed together. Chloe and I were told the reasons behind everything the secret we were apart of was a legand far from the greatest event in werewolf history. We were two parts of three in the ending of hatred and pain we will become the guardians of the wolves. But we have to bond and gain the trust of the true third wolf before the War of Wolves. Unfortunately, our mothers were handed this task but the third wolf died suddenly so their powers along with them had to be taken in order to give it to us. 'My children, please take the time to chose the next chosen one of your plan wisely. Many snakes lie in the dead leaves of the fall', My mother warned the final day of our visit. 'Of course mother', I finished with a bowed. 'Please, except my final wish of taking care and raise my two darling children. I know you just mated but-', Aunt Sophie said. 'I will raise them as my own', I said smiling. 'Thank you my child', she sighed. I nuzzled both of them while Chloe followed. 'I love you my darling. Tell everyone else as well for me please', My mom sobbed. 'I love you too momma. And I will', I said backing away from her. 'Are you ready my children?', the moon goddess, Ariella, asked. 'Yes, motherness', Chloe and I responded in sync. Suddenly, darkness consumed my surroundings and I felt my body stiff from laying on a flat surface for a while so I stretched as I opened my eyes to meet Ryan's. What a dream. Or was it?
