“Why are you not doing as I say?!” Leona shouts, shoving Demi out of the way. Demi hits her head against the dining table and Troy’s inner wolf immediately shutters at his true mate's pain.
Troy goes over to Demi, ‘please tell me you are ok.’ Troy puts his snout into Demi’s face.
“Troy, claim me already. Why are you wasting time with her? She does not want you,” Leona protest.
Troy looks over at Leona but his wolf draws his attention back to Demi and at that moment Andy and Shaman Khelben steps into the house, “what the hell?!”
Andy grabs Troy and throws him aside. Shaman Khelben and Andy are so distracted by the blood running down Demi’s face that they don’t notice Leona. The rest of the pack has also now come to see what the commotion is about.
