Jerimiah sat in first-period English and noticed that Blanchette is not in class. ‘Blanchette? Are you ok?’ Jerimiah tries to mind link her but gets no response.
“I need to go see the nurse, I don’t feel so good,” Jerimiah makes his way out of the class without waiting for the teacher to give permission”.
The ride to Blanchette’s house felt like it took forever, “good morning Mrs. Perrault.”
