"New restoration." I said.
She opened it and started reading and her eyebrows rose slightly.
"How long?" Mia asked.
"Several months." I said.

"Very nicely." Mia said and Oliver cleared his throat.
"I should mention that I've already discussed payment terms with my attorney." Oliver said.
He quoted the figure and I stared at him.
For a moment I honestly thought I'd heard him incorrectly.
"That's the total?" I asked.
"That's the initial contract." She said and I looked back at the paperwork.
