"You expect me to help you without knowing what you're planning?" She asked. "I expect you to understand that you don't have enough power to demand answers." I said. "You don't trust me." She said. "No." I said. "Then why meet me?" She asked. "Because useful information can come from untrustworthy people." I said and she stared at me for several seconds. "I don't trust you either." She said. "That's probably wise." I said and I picked up the folder from the table. "You should understand something before we continue." I said. "What?" She asked. "I make no promises." I said and her expression changed. "You said you'd help me." She said. "I said I'd listen. That's different." I said and Charlotte stepped closer. "I want Paige gone." She said. "You want Paige defeated." I said.
