It is with newfound hope that I walk through the doors of the office building the next day. Today I am the new Jade Conway, the one who supports her friends and is happy for them. The one who won’t and can’t allow hot guys to distract her. I mean, not all hot guys, just those belonging to someone else. I grab a coffee and head for my office via the elevator. The familiar sound of the soft clattering of keyboard keys reaches my ears when I approach my workstation.
