Lust, Desire or Fall?
[Xavier’s POV]
“Come on, Xavier. Live a little! It will be fun, trust me.” Daniel beamed excitedly while he sipped on his lemonade.
Remaining unfazed by his irritating words, I continued to flip through the magazine I had picked up from the reception desk. We were sitting out on the terrace as the weather was, in short, perfect. Not too warm to where a person would be sweating bullets and not too cold to where someone would be grumbling for the staff to set out the heaters. I picked up by black coffee and enjoyed the weather—all the while wishing that Daniel would shut up. He was ruining my morning.
