It was a lie, the news going about in the pack. There is no way Octavia has been killed so I believe that she had staged her death and that is something that she can easily do. Octavia is as corny as a snake; no one would ever suspect about that, they must all think that she is dead.
But the funniest thing here is the fact that Alpha Ralph is being taken in by his people, he should know what it feels like to be staying in that dark hole, although, he won’t be staying for long.
