The cemetery
It was a very gloomy day. People wore all black dresses, circling around Bobby's grave.
Charles miserably stood right next to his grave. Roseanne and rest of the friends had attended too besides Jennifer though.
" It's even sadder that he was an orphan." Julia whispered to the girls. Jay glanced at her as he didn't know about that.
Roseanne looked at the grave and then to Charles. She had never seen him this miserable and gloomy.
After sometime, few people left, leaving flowers at his grave. Roseanne and her friends came a little further away from the grave.
" They were friends since childhood. I heard when Bobby's family died from an accident, He had stayed with Charles for a few years." Ezra said to them.
" That means they were literally brothers." Roseanne looked to Charles who was still sitting on the bench besides the grave.
" Yeah, let's go. Jennie said she was back at home." Julia said to everyone.
" Where was she anyways?" Lilaine asked.
" I don't know. Maybe she'll tell us later."
" She seems to be having fun being mysterious." ezra looked annoyed as he went towards his car. Julia followed while Lilaine gave a last look towards Charles and left.
Roseanne was still standing there.
" Are you not going?" Jay asked.
" You guys go i'll come after." she said heading towards charles.
He just nodded and looked at her figure.
Charles still couldn't believe that Bobby, his best friend was no more. Roseanne took a seat beside him quietly. He didn't turn to her.
She spoke up, " When my dad died, i felt like the world had turned black. Like as if all the colours of my life had been taken away too. I felt empty and angry for him leaving me like this. But as time passed, i realised that life would still go on and i had to move on keeping the memories in my heart."
Charles listened to her silently.
" When your mom died, you could still move on right?" She looked at him.
" I was too young at the time. I didn't understand what death was. All i knew was my mom went to a good place called heaven and that was enough to satisfy me. I wish it was as easy as back then, now. He was like my brother." he choked on his words.
" Charles, he will always remain in your heart and your memories. As time passes, this gloomy day will be back to a sunny one and We will All be there for you. I promise." she smiled comfortingly at him.
He stared at her smile and felt a comforting feeling in his heart as he smiled back too, " Thankyou."
" No need to thank me." she smiled widely seeing his mood change a little, " Also, we are having a questioning later at the day by the police. Do come by."
" Sure.By time we find out the shooter." he looked at his grave.

The police station
" A gunshot at the middle of the party by an unknown shooter, leaving no evidence. Bobby Kim dead by the shot for unknown reasons." officer Chad read through the report.
" Really brave that they were able to shoot at the middle of the party. Also, in The party with the most influential people." his assistant officer said folding her arms.
" This was obviously planned by one of those big people within the party." Chad leaned back on his chair.
" Yes, this will be pretty difficult case." she sighed.
" We'll work it through. The kids are coming after an hour right?"
" Yes, that was the assigned time."
after an hour :
" I'm kinda nervous. I don't know why."
Liliane said quickly.
" C'mon we've done nothing." Julia said.
" They will just ask what you saw and where you were." ezra added.
" Ugh, whh am i even part of this??" Brent said annoyed.
The door infront of them opened, " Hello! thankyou for coming today. I am officer Chad and i'll be questioning you today. Please come inside the room turn wise turn." as he said that he went inside.
"So, whose going first." Jennifer looked at them.
"I'll go." Jay stood up and entered the room.
After a few minutes, he came outside.
" What'd he say?" Roseanne asked first.
" Just simple questions like where were you and what did you see. Don't panic. Just tell the truth." he said to her.
Slowly, all of them entered turn wise turn and it was finally Roseanne and Charles.
" Charles, you go first. I'll be the last one."
Charles gave her a comforting nod and he went. He also came back after few minutes.
Roseanne took a deep sigh and entered the room as well.
" Hello, i am Roseanne Park."
" Oh, so you saw the body first right?" Chad asked from behind the desk.
" Yes, it was me."
" So, how did you encounter the body?"
" I was searching for my friend Jennie and while going through the corridors, my mom called me. So, i was going to pick it up when my heels stepped in the...blood." she gulped, " and right at the moment the lights came back and i saw.....Bobby. Lifeless."
Chad just stared at her for sometime then spoke up, " That's it, Miss.Park?"
" Yes, that's all."
" Hmmm... Okay you can leave, Miss.Park."
" Sorry but.... Do you have any suspect list sir?" Roseanne asked him.
" Not yet miss. We are working on it."
" Oh."
She came out of the room and they were still waiting for her.
" Did they ask anything weird?" Julia came up to her.
" No. What about you guys?"
" Not really."
" Okay then, let's leave and take a rest. It was a tiresome day." Gerald got up.
All of them agreed and stood up.
Jay went to Roseanne and spoke slowly to her, " We have found something interesting regarding that dead man's case."
" Really, who was the killer?" she said a little too loud.
Jay shushed her and looked behind. Thankfully, they were all talking with each other.
" Let's meet tomorrow maybe? with ezra. We will discuss about it. Okay?" Jay said to her.
" Okay!"

Min Hospital Pvt. Ltd.
" Where did you go after the gunshot?" Mr.Son asked smoking his cigar.
Victor was sitting across from him on the sofa, " I was just around the hall. I wanted to know who shot." he lied.
" Are you trying to do some kind of heroic act?" Mr.Son smirked.
" No, it was just curiosity." he replied flatly.
" Curiosity or the girl?"
Victor looked up at him, " No, it was just curiosity Mr.Son."
He just continued smoking releasing thick puffs from his fat cigar.
" I'm sorry for leaving you without a reason. It wont happen next time." Victor said.
" Hahahah, it's okay Victor. You are a very loyal partner of mine. Just be careful with your love life."
" It has nothing to do with my love life."
Mr.Son smiled while looking at him, " I was just saying you to be careful. This world is a dangerous place, you know."
Victor stared back at his face but decided to remain silent.
