Chapter 3

Lily loved feeling hammer's body under her hands while they rode. It took about thirty minutes to reach the club house behind the chain linked fence. She saw her car still in the same position. Hammer pulled up to the door she had knocked on the night before and cut off the motorcycle. She was sad the ride was over as reality came rushing back to her. She climbed off the back of the bike. "Thank you for everything. I'm sorry you had to see all that." Lily said raising her eyes to hammers. " Sweetheart I see and do worse things than that all the time. Don't apoloize but we do need to talk about it." He said looking at her. "Sure let me just change my tire first." She said wanting to delay talking about what had happened and why she was working their to begin with. She pulled her key out of her duffle bag to unlock the trunk and get the spare tire out. She walked towards her car and noticed that the tire had already been changed. It also had a new tire on it. Not the thirty five dollars she has been having to buy. She walked around her car to see not only one new tire but four new tires. Her eyes filled with tears she quickly wiped them away. "I can't accept this. I have no way to pay you for this." Lily said looking at hammer while walking up to him. She crossed her arms in front of her. "What do you want? Noone does anything for free." Lily was now looking at hammer suspicously. Hammer held his hands out in front of him, "I meant it as an apology for last night. I was tired and took my frustation out on you. After talking to you today, I knew I judged you too quickly. However, from what I heard at the bar you and your family are in some kind of trouble." "That's none of your concern. Thank you for your help. Please let me know how much I owe you for the tires. I will find the cash somehow and pay you back." Hammer walked past lily looking at her car that was covered in rust. He was stroking his chin. "Tell me if I am right. You are working off some type of debt for your family. Your ex boss has them somehow. If you was driving this way last night that means you live past here.Which means you live in a bad neighborhood and poor conditions. You are working two jobs to pay off the debt. Your no stranger to this life. I could tell that by the way you handled the blade and your ex boss in the bar. You had it hidden so you could get to it quickly. You have seen the rough side of life. Am I correct?" Lily just nodded her head. "Not everyone is so lucky to have an easy life. I've learned quick and fast. I am stronger for it." Lily said lifting her eyes up to meet hammers."I know the circles that your ex boss runs in and I know you will not be safe going back to your place." Hammer said. "You will stay with me and I will make sure none of his associates find you." "Why are you so willing to help me?" Lily asked him. "I have my reasons but I also need a help. Your just the person that can help me." Hammer said cautiously. "Oh, really and what's that?" "I need an old lady. If you agree to marry me I can get you out of whatever mess you and your family is in." Lily started laughing out loud. "Wow, you don't ask for much do you?" She said sarcastically. "There is no way you can help me. I still owe Gene five grand for my family. I have been making payment's over time but evertime I almost get him paid off he ups the price. Plus I have no idea where he is keeping them. So, like I said you can't help me." Hammer stepped up to lily making her n*****s instantly harden. His manly scent and natica mix was intoxication. "First, I am dead serious. Five grand is nothing to me. I know people who know how to find people that have been taken. Gene is it? He is kids play to what I am use to." Hammer reached up and rubbed his thumb over her lips. Leaving bright red lipstick on his thumb. He trailed it down so it pulled her bottom lip down. "If you agree to marry me and be my old lady I will make it well worth it for you." Hammer said dropping his hand but still staring at her lips. "Why me?" Lily said. "With your looks you could have anyone else." Hammer nodded his head "True, but you are the only one I have met that has enough sass and spunk to keep me on my toes. I can tell you won't take any s**t and what I just seen in the bar you know how to handle yourself. Even if you say no, I will still help you." Lily thought for a minute. "Give me your word you will help me get my family away from Gene as soon as you can." "As my word of being the president of Reckless MC I will do everything I can to help your family as soon as possible." He stepped forward to her "I also give you my word that I will do everything I can do to keep you happy and never hurt you or let anyone else." "I hope you know what you have signed up for by wanting me for your old lady." Lily said with a smirk "Deal". "Where you want to get married?" Lily asked. "Here, we will have a very private and small ceremony tonight. Later on if you want a big fancy wedding we can do that too." Hammer said. "What's the rush?" lily asked side eyeing hammer as she was pacing. "I have a meeting in 48 hours with other heads of MC's. The main thing is I don't think I can keep my hands off of you once your mine." Hammer said pushing her to the side of her car placing his hands on either side of her head. "You think you can handle this. Me?" He asked lily. She pushed him backwards so she could pass by him. Letting her body touch his. "I think the main question is can YOU handle me?"
