(Anna's POV)

I was the outcast in school, I dressed in a sweatshirt and jeans always hiding my face. I also would never stare straight into someone's face. I stupidly always think I can handle the bullies, but in reality I can't.

As I was walking to class thinking today might be different for my 18th brithday. I was pushed to the ground and all of my book went flying into the air.

Moments later I hear the dumb and dumber squad behind me, laughing at me. They reminded me of that mean girls movie I watched with my mom before.

the one in the front was names Jessica with her side chick Natalie.

"watch where you going loser, I don't want you ruining my clothes with your dirty body." said Jessica

I just ignored her, picking up my books and getting up to walk to class. But before I could move forward, there was a pain coming from my scalp.

One of the girl had caught hold of my hair and pulled me close to them

"excuse me b***c I was talking to you" Jessica said.

But I didn't say a word and just stood there holding my head. She then threw me to the ground and crouched over me. She didn't say anything, she just looked down at me with a smirk and left.

I was used to this by now, so I just got up and brushed myself off. After gathering my stuff off the floor, I rushed to my class seeing as I would be late if I don't hurry.

Finally it was lunch time, I don't sit in the cafeteria anymore because of Jessica and Natalie. For me Lunch time was getting lunch and heading straight to the art room. Where I would sit and read most of the time, picking at my food every now and then.

Suddenly I heard the door open with a bang.

"oh, so this is where the little freaks been hiding at lunch" Jessica said behind me.

I packed up my lunch and whirled around in my chair to look at them. I didn't have time to deal with them right now, so I got up and started to head out the door. But Jessica and Natalie blocked the way of getting out.

"excuse me" I said

"Why?" Jessica said snickering

"because I don't want to deal with either of you right now" I said straight faced "Now excuse me."

"Let the lady by Jessica and Natalie" a man's voice said behind Jessica and Natalie.

It was Mr. Lee the art teacher, he was a very tall man that was built very well and had short brown hair with light blue eyes. They had kind of reminded me of blue sapphires, almost every girl at school had a crush on him.

Jessica and Natalie turned around at the sound of his voice, and immediately became the nicest people ever.

"Hi Mr. Lee" Jessica and Natalie said together with big smiles on their faces.

"We were just about to see if we could do a little art in here." Jessica said to him

"Yeah, we weren't blocking anyone's way" Natalie chimed in.

"Well I have a meeting in here with someone, so I'm sorry but you all have to leave" Mr. Lee said, mostly aiming the apology towards me.

The girls might have their looks and acting skills, but Mr. Lee isn't stupid to their tricks.

Jessica and Natalie were leaving and Mr. Lee had gotten into the room after. But before I could step through the door, the most handsome man I'd ever seen had bumped into me.

He was a little taller than Mr. Lee with short dark brown hair, brown eyes, and tan skin. He wore a suit that clinged to his body very well, and you could tell he was a very fit guy.

When we touched I felt a shock go through my body and a voice in the back of my head go

mate!

The man and I just stared at each other for a moment before I broke the eye contact and headed towards class.

(Unknown POV)

I was heading towards Mr. Lee's room for our meeting, when I accidentally bumped into a student coming out. As soon as we touched a shock went through my body.

mate! mate!

As soon as I heard that one word, I froze, could this really be her. After all this time waiting and I finally meet her?

We both stared at each other for a moment, she had the most beautiful green eyes and long wavy brown hair. She broke the eye contact after a moment and walked out of the room. I stared at her back while she walked away, until I heard Mr. Lee clear his throat.

"Is everything alright?" Mr. Lee asked

"I found her"
