Ezra watched the way she was curled up into a fetus position beside him as she soundly slept. She looked so young, so innocent and dazzling, he wished he could stare at her for the entire night. The movie was still running and he paused it, taking a note of where she stopped, because he was certain he would never get the chance to watch the movie with her again.
Their silence was beautiful. This was the first time they had ever stayed in utter silence and he loved it with his entire being. She offered him comfort, peace and love with no word shared. Love, he thought. He had never used the word love between them, yet, it didn't sound like a mistake. She looked lovable and he was pretty sure his heart had started to fall in love with the pretty little human sleeping by his side.
