I had no reason to believe that jinx does exist, well, until today… I was trying to make coffee this morning, it spilled and its hot content splashed on the back of my hand and leg.
As if that wasn't enough, the deal I was supposed to sign fell through. Everything was just going bad, very bad for me and at that point, I might lose the last tiny thread of patience left inside of me.
With a lazy uninterested glance, I looked at my vibrating phone beside me. It had been ringing for hours but I ignored it.
I wasn't in the right state of mind to talk to anyone.
A sigh escaped my lips when the phone continued ringing nonstop, what sort of persistent caller is this?
I picked up my phone and without looking at the caller ID, I swiped at the receiver's icon and took the phone to my lef
